The TY tag rugby module is a lot of fun. The girls learn through the game of rugby and how to coach each other.Each week they learn a new rugby skill and the rules of the tag rugby game, while coaching their class.
The last day of the module the Munster Rugby Coaches come to the Ursuline and test our girls and their ability to manage their fellow students. They also award the students with a Munster Rugby Certificate of course completion.
The students gain a certificate of coaching, learn how to play tag rugby and get to teach their own class. The school have also competed in TY Rubgy blitzes over the years, with great success.
