Here at the Ursuline Secondary School, we use Microsoft 365 as the online learning platform for all students and staff. All students receive their own dedicated Ursuline school email address and this gives every student access to the entire Microsoft suite/collection of apps. Programmes including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams can all be used online or downloaded to a computer to complete work and assignments .
Accessing your Office.com Account
Using a web browser (Chrome/Firefox/Edge/Safari) the quickest and easiest way to log in is by going to office.com where you should see a page like this:
The steps to log in are:
- Select SIGN IN
- Enter your username in email format: e.g. 23niamhmaher@student.uct.ie
- When you enter this, you will be prompted for your password which is the same password that you use to log on to in the school computers.
Logging in using the apps
If you are logging in using the iOS or Android apps then download the specific app, Teams/Word/PowerPoint etc .
Sign in as above with your school email address and individual password.
